I am employed as a janitorial staff in one of the famous mall. I have been working for this company for almost five years. My boss used to commend me for my job because I have been doing it with full attention and with my whole heart. He told me that he was very lucky for choosing me from the many applicants that applied in the janitorial services office. It is my belief that in everything that you do, you should put your full love and dedication in order for you to perform your job well. We really need to be faithful in all the things that we are doing either your boss is present to watch you or even if they were away. There are so many employees today that cheat their bosses when it comes to their working attitude. We should be faithful enough to do the tasks that were assigned to us. The Lord God Almighty is the one who see what we are doing and I know he always know everything that we do. We should remain loyal to the company that we are affiliated and be productive in all the things that we do. In order for a person to be promoted in a higher position he or she needs to start form the least position first. It is our performance with our job that will decide if we are a deserving employee to be in a higher position. It needs a lot of hard work in order for us to be promoted.
